Terms of Service

By creating an account or using CodeForge AI, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 16 years old. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to update it as needed.

A free plan is available at no cost with limited usage. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe, our payment processor. You can cancel at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Prices are listed on the Pricing page and may change with notice.

Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you cancel, you retain access until the end of the period you have already paid for. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us through the Contact page within 30 days of the charge and we will review your case.

We strive to keep CodeForge AI available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control. We are not liable for downtime or data loss resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control.

AI output is provided to assist you, not as guaranteed-correct advice. You own the code you write and generate, and you are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating it before use. Do not rely on AI output blindly for production or safety-critical systems. CodeForge AI is not responsible for damages caused by code generated or modified using the platform.

You agree not to use CodeForge AI to generate or store malware, infringe intellectual property, harass others, or violate the law. You may not attempt to access another user's data, reverse-engineer the service, or abuse rate limits. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the code and content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process it as needed to provide the service, including running AI generation, storing your snippets, and displaying them to you. We do not claim ownership of your code. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to submit any code you upload or paste into the platform.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI output may contain errors. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeForge AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months, or zero for free-tier users.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
